What sets this service apart is its unique pricing structure; users can make international calls at the same rate as local calls. Additionally, the app provides users with a dedicated cellphone number, allowing for callback options without the need for a SIM swap. Simply downloading the application grants access to these innovative communication features.

On the Prescription Section
Users can consult with hospitals or doctors in Zimbabwe to obtain prescriptions, which can then be taken to Greenwood Pharmacy. Pharmacists generate an invoice that is sent to a designated payee in the diaspora. The payee can access the Pahukama website via the application, enter the invoice number, and process payment for the recipient back home. Following this, Greenwood Pharmacy releases the prescribed medications to the recipient in Zimbabwe.

Shopping Features
The application also provides access to an online shopping platform, enabling users to order goods and process payments efficiently. Products ordered will be delivered locally to customers. Furthermore, the web shop facilitates the purchase of groceries and other products for friends and family residing in Zimbabwe from individuals in the diaspora.
